PTE were originally established in 1972 and have a renowned reputation in Doncaster for their portfolio of tools and machinery for landscape, construction and forestry trades. They had already been advertising in the newspaper for a number of years, but were keen to try new online methods to drive more public customers to their store.
For the past couple of years, we have been advertising in the Doncaster Free Press and found that we had good success, so we were keen to try online advertising as well based on the team’s recommendation.
We tried sponsored content and found it had an instant effect as we had customers coming into the store and saying that it was solely because of the article they read on the Doncaster Free Press’ news site.
